The production plan we developed is based on technology and takes into account data on animal breeds, insemination and litter production, livestock, milking and feeding. According to the production plan, a parametric budgeting model is compiled, production costs are planned, and marketable product volumes are calculated.

The production plan we have developed is based on technology and takes into account data related to animal breeds, seeding and substrate production, animal husbandry, milking and feeding.
A parametric budgeting model is compiled according to the production plan, production costs are planned and marketable product volumes are calculated.
Scope of services for the development of the production plan;
1 - Justification of the breed of animals used in the project. Comparison of races in many indicators of productivity and health.
2 - Creation of the first data for the development of a production plan for the type and age of animals: data on the culling and death of animals, data on periods: insemination, birth, production, output data: weight of young animals, weight gain, lactation days, milk yield.

3 - Planning of veterinary preventive measures: veterinary and preventive measures program, list of veterinary treatments, veterinary treatment methods: drugs, doses, drug administration scheme.
4 - Reproductive planning: calendar of service periods, insemination and calving program, comparison of insemination methods: artificial or natural insemination, use of drugs during insemination: drug administration scheme, doses.
5 - Animal feeding planning: preparation of diets for each animal group, feed needs for animals in different groups, selection of feed plants for October in the field, diagram of the feeding table for different animal groups, selection of equipment for feeding each animal group.

6 - Planning the irrigation of different animal groups, verifying the choice of irrigation method for each animal group, water consumption norms for different animal groups, requirements for temperature and water quality indicators, determining the equipment, layout and fixing of water tanks.
7 - Planning to keep animals on the farm: choosing the method of keeping animals of different age groups, space standards for animals of different ages, litter exchange rates, choosing equipment to create animal comfort.
8 - Biological waste exit planning: urine and stool exit norms according to age groups, selection of fertilizer collection method, selection of equipment for fertilizer collection and disposal.
9 - Farm ventilation planning: microclimate parameters for all buildings, ventilation method selection for buildings, ventilation equipment selection for buildings.

10 - Production planning on the farm: determination of weights and daily weight increases of different animals, determination of fertility according to herds and cycles, planning of age and weight of animals for initial insemination, determination of fatness of animals for different age groups, determination of milk yield of animals for each lactation and planning of culling.
Production Plan Calculations:

8 - Calculation of the direct production cost of manufactured products: milk; young meat, meat obtained from culled farm animals, keeping animals for 1 day.
9 - Development of the operating budget according to blocks: Nutrition, Veterinary, Reproduction, Comfort, Salary, Engineering environments, Depreciation and Maintenance, Other expenses.
